- If your Learning Management System (LMS) displays your course as Not Started or Incomplete, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- For IPIMS (topic-level), Petroleum Online, and Business Essentials courses, make sure that you see the certificate button enabled at the top of the course page. If you do, this means that the course is successfuly completed. Try exiting the course from the top right for the LMS to update the course score and status.
- For IPIMS (subtopic-level) courses, check that your course score is 80 or greater.
- For Operations & Maintenance and Clean Energy & Sustainability courses, make sure you have passed the final exam and visited all content pages in the course.
- If you are certain that you have started (In Progress) or completed (Complete) the course, it is possible that the LMS has not saved your latest score and status. To update them, relaunch the course from your LMS, then click on the 'EXIT' button located at the top right. This action will prompt the LMS to retrieve the updated status and score.
