Why can't I find my course in the IHRDC LMS?

Your Not started or In Progress courses should always appear in the Dashboard page:

• under the Elective Training section, as a single course

• under the Learning Curriculum section, inside a Curriculum

• under the Mandatory Training section

If you have requested a course and it is not shown within the Dashboard page, please wait for the learning administrator’s approval. Feel free to reach out directly to your learning administrator. (If you do not know the name of your learning administrator, please contact IHRDC.)

If you have completed a course, it no longer appears in your Dashboard. You can locate it under the Reports -> My Reports -> Training History tab.

If none of these scenarios apply to you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the IHRDC Customer Support form. When you do, make sure to provide us with the following details:

1. Type of Course (e.g., IPIMS, Petroleum Online, Business Essentials, Operations & Maintenance, etc.)

2. Full Name of the Course

3. URL Website Address from which you are attempting to access the course.
