How do I change my name on my Certificate of Completion?

If you are using IHRDC’s LMS (ie: yourcompany.cm.ihrdc.net), IPIMS (ipims.com) or Petroleum Online (petroleumonline.com):

Once your name has been updated in your profile, just reopen your certificate.

If you are using an external LMS (non IHRDC LMS):

Kindly update your name in your LMS and then open an eLS support ticket at IHRDC Customer Support form. If possible, provide  a screenshot of the name in your system to avoid any errors.
