Why didn't I receive a certificate after completing my course?

Courses in IHRDC e-leaning sites have not been set up to send a certificate by email when passed.

Once you complete a course, first confirm that the course is marked “Complete”. To complete a course, you need to approve the exams and visit all content pages in the course.
