How do I recover my password?

Access through IHRDC’s Learning Platform (ie: yourcompany.cm.ihrdc.net), IPIMS (ipims.com) or Petroleum Online (petroleumonline.com):

IHRDC offers its courses through different systems. All of them have a "Forgot password" option to retrieve your password.

The "Forgot password" link is located on the login page. Once you click on the “Forgot Password” link, you will be requested to enter your email address.

For our Learning Platform, the system will provide you with a temporary password which you will be required to change upon initial login to the platform.

For IPIMS (ipims.com) or Petroleum Online (petroleumonline.com); the system will provide you with “Your user information” email, which will include your current password.

NOTE: Please make sure to check your spam folder if the email is not received immediately.

If you are accessing our courses through an external LMS (non IHRDC LMS):

Since you have an account to login through your LMS you don't need any extra credentials to access IPIMS or Petroleum Online courses.

In the case that you should see an IPIMS or Petroleum Online login screen, try clearing your cache (How do I clear the browser cache and remove internet cookies?) and then login again from the external LMS. If the issue persists, please create an e-learning support ticket using the IHRDC Customer Support form here.
