Why am I seeing an error indicating that I entered an invalid username or password?

If you are accessing IPIMS (ipims.com, yourcompany.ipims.com), or Petroleum Online (petroleumonline.com), or IHRDC’s LMS (ie: yourcompany.cm.ihrdc.net):

Please click on the link/button that says Forgot Password and confirm your email address. Your username and password will be resent to the email address you provide, or you will receive instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk email folder too. (See How do I recover my password?)

If you continue experiencing this issue, open an eLS support ticket at IHRDC Customer Support Contact Form.

If you are launching an IHRDC course from an LMS other than IHRDC:

When you launch a course from an external LMS, you don’t need to enter any additional credentials, as the LMS makes the connection automatically.
 
In case you are asked for login credentials, please clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files and try again. (See How do I clear the browser cache and remove internet cookies?)
