LMS Administrators can create automated course assignments when new new users are added to an Organization Node by following these steps:
- Log into the LMS
- Click the Organization tab
- Click “new user assignments” sub-tab
- Click Manage to display “Organization”
- Click content
- ADD COURSES TO ASSIGNMENT
- Click “add course to assignment” to display the Add Course to Assignment window
- Search for the source
- Click add button to the left of each course(s) you wish to add
to the assignment
- When all of the selections have been made, click Close
- The Selected courses will be displayed on the Assignment
Content Page under the Courses section
