Can course assignments be automated when new users are added to an Organization Node?

LMS Administrators can create automated course assignments when new new users are added to an Organization Node by following these steps:

  1. Log into the LMS
  2. Click the Organization tab
  3. Click “new user assignments” sub-tab
  4. Click Manage to display “Organization”
  5. Click content
  • Click “add course to assignment”  to display the Add Course to Assignment window 

       - Search for the source

       - Click add button to the left of each course(s) you wish to add

          to the assignment

          - When all of the selections have been made, click Close     

          - The Selected courses will be displayed on the Assignment

            Content Page under the Courses section
