Networks and browsers save (or cache) copies of websites to speed up your browsing experience. To clear your cache, please follow the appropriate steps below for your browser:
Chrome:
- Click the Chrome menu (tiny box with lines on the top right hand side) on the browser toolbar
- Select Tools
- Select Clear browsing data
- In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything
- Click Clear browsing data
Firefox:
- On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences
- Select the Advanced panel
- Click on the Network tab
- In the Cached Web Content section, click on the "clear now" option
Internet Explorer 7:
- Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options

Click the General tab, and then under Browsing history click Delete

Click Delete all and click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information. Click OK
Internet Explorer 8:

Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options

Click the Safety button, and then click Delete Browsing History

Select the check box next to each category of information you want to delete

Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you do not want to delete the cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list

Click Delete
Internet Explorer 9:
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options

Click the General tab, and then under Browsing history click Delete

In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet files, click Delete, and then click OK
Internet Explorer 10+:
- Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history

In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet Files

To keep data associated with your saved favorites, select the Preserve Favorites website data check box

Click Delete and then click OK
Safari:
- Open Safari, select Empty Cache, and then click Empty
