Why am I seeing an old version of the e-Learning course?

Networks and browsers save (or cache) copies of websites to speed up your browsing experience. To clear your cache, please follow the appropriate steps below for your browser:

Chrome:

• Click the Chrome menu (tiny box with lines on the top right hand side) on the browser toolbar
• Select Tools
• Select Clear browsing data
• In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove
• Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything
• Click Clear browsing data

Firefox:

• On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences
• Select the Advanced panel
• Click on the Network tab
• In the Cached Web Content section, click on the "clear now" option

Internet Explorer 7:

• Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options

• Click the General tab, and then under Browsing history click Delete

• Click Delete all and click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information. Click OK

Internet Explorer 8:

• Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options

• Click the Safety button, and then click Delete Browsing History

• Select the check box next to each category of information you want to delete

• Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you do not want to delete the cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list

• Click Delete

Internet Explorer 9:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options

• Click the General tab, and then under Browsing history click Delete

• In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet files, click Delete, and then click OK

Internet Explorer 10+:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history

• In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet Files

• To keep data associated with your saved favorites, select the Preserve Favorites website data check box

• Click Delete and then click OK

Safari:

• Open Safari, select Empty Cache, and then click Empty
